Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your Hypnoelp account and data

From inside the app

Open Hypnoelp, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. We email you a confirmation link; opening it completes the deletion.

If you no longer have the app

Email help@hypnoelp.me from the address you registered with, asking us to delete your account. You do not need the app installed.

What gets deleted: your account, profile, purchase records, usage history and any custom course content, permanently and within 7 days. Notes, workbook entries and journal data are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

Subscriptions are separate. Cancel an active subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play settings — deleting your account does not cancel billing.

This account deletion link has expired or is invalid. For security reasons, deletion links are only valid for 24 hours.

What can you do?

Open the Hypnoelp app
Go to Settings > Account Information
Tap the menu icon and select "Delete Account"
A new confirmation email will be sent
